Two very different sides of Sandra Bullock

l have recently seen 2 Sandra Bullock movies. 1 of them(The Blind Side) she could win an Academy Award for and the other (All About Steve) should've NEVER been made. The Blind Side is another sports movie based on a ture story. This movie was Sandra Bullock's best performance to date. She plays a woman (Liegh Ann Touey) that takes in an african american teenager (Mike Oher) to live with her and her family. While he lives with them he gets involved with the football team at a christian private school. l give this movie a 6 out 10. I liked the story but it's not something l haven't seen before. If you want to see a football movie that's a 10 in my book watch Remember the Titans if you haven't seen it yet. All About Steve is one of the worst movies l have ever seen and l wish l had my hour and 40 minutes back. l can't believe this movie was in theaters. lf anything it should've been released striaght to DVD. Really though this movie should'nt have been made at all. l'm sorry but l don't want to waste anymore of your time or mine so l won't even summarize this movie. Just please take my advice and avoid this movie at all costs. lt gets a 1 out of 10.

The Book of Eli

7.5 out of 10. denzel was great. played a very similar character to his character in "Man on Fire." the way it was filmed (including landscapes, colors, sounds, and shots) were different but good and artistic. action scenes were dark, raw, and great. nice story line as well.

The Book of Eli

Denzel Washington,Mila Kunis, and Gary Oldman star in tale of a man named Eli trying to get a book to a safe place. Along the way he runs into a villian of who just happens to want the very book Eli is trying to protect. The villian is Gary Oldman because he's an excellent villian Case in point Air Force One. I guess that means that means the hero is played by Denzel Washington. Anyways that's all I want give away about this movie because I don't want to away the ending. I greatly enjoyed this movie from it's dark and gritty opening to it's uplifting ending. It was full of action and there wern't any slow points in the movie where I checking my watch thinking when is this going to be over. The plot moved along steadily while explaining everything in do time. If I had the money I would go to see it again but I guess I'll just have to wait for the D.V.D. This movie earns an R rating with a good amount of violence and pervassive language so if you don't like those kinds of things then you might want to skip this movie. l how ever don't mind that sort of thing. My score for The Book of Eli is an 8 out of 10 so if you like great action and great plot lines than you'll like this movie.
